Alan was working as a photographer for 5 years before he became a barista. He believes that the experience and knowledge gained through coffee and photography can connect different people or ideas. Alan also gets SCAE (Specialty Coffee Association of Europe). Joining FabCafe MTRL HK, he hopes to share with others by using his knowledge of speciality coffee and discover more possibilities with digital fabrication.
