MTRL Producer Daiki Nakatsuka

Born in 1993. He earned a master's degree in architecture from Tokyo University of Science. After working at an architectural design firm, he joined a real estate startup specializing in placemaking, where he planned, designed, and operated offices and incubation facilities. In 2020, seeking a more holistic approach beyond spatial design, he adopted a hybrid working style: four days a week at a company alongside freelance projects. His freelance work focuses on planning, direction, and organizational development around themes such as diversity and inclusion (D&I), digital citizenship, and care. He joined Loftwork's MTRL as a producer in 2023.
