MTRL Vice Manager Emi Nagashima

Graduated from the Department of Visual Communication Design at Musashino Art University. After working at an advertising production company, she joined Loftwork in 2017 as a Creative Director.

She has led a wide range of projects, including digital communications such as websites and video, spatial design, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Currently, Nagashima is part of the MTRL Division, which supports material-driven innovation. She leads projects for clients such as chemical and materials manufacturers, focusing on the design and implementation of systems related to the circular economy and sustainable materials.
