Born in Ishikawa and based in Osaka, he began his culinary journey at a French restaurant in Kyoto right after high school. There, he honed his craft and culinary intuition while curating non-alcoholic beverage programs. This sparked a deep passion for craft soft drinks, inspiring him to develop alcohol-free drinking experiences that feel just as elevated and satisfying.
In January 2025, he joined Loftwork as the cafe manager at FabCafe Osaka, where he blends the ethos of "Fab" into fresh, inventive food and beverage experiences.
